Tell me more about the studio

The Dear Meraki offers a premium studio space for creatives located on the first story known as the Artistic Quarters of the South Side on Lamar Building. The building is a short 5 minutes drive from downtown Dallas. The studio space is 1000 square feet separated into 3 different rooms. It includes a greeting area, and two shooting studio rooms. It is the perfect setting for professional and amateur photographers to capture memories and bring their creative vision to reality.

When is the light best?

The studio has a great natural light without being too harsh. This is due to the windows facing east. 

How do we get into the studio?

A member of the Dear Meraki team is at the studio to welcome you and give you access to the studio. 

Can we use the furniture?

Yes, anything in the studio is available for your use! The only restriction is not to move the bed and if you determine that you need help to move anything please let us know

Amenities at the Studio?

Opening Bell Coffee is located in the same building. Make sure you stop for coffee. Ask for the White Chocolate Mocha, a Dear Meraki favorite. Also, the building has a convenience store called the Urban Market. We encourage our guests to walk through the Artistic Quarters (same floor as the studio) and admire the amazing art showcase. 

Parking?

Dear Meraki is located in the South Side on Lamar Building there is a 2 hour free parking in the front, meter parking on the street or a free Retail Parking on the Belleview St and Austin St.

Can we rent the studios for styled shoots?
